We have been working the soil without chemical weed killers for the past fifteen years, listening to nature and respecting the environment.
In this way we are the first winemakers in our charming village to be certified as having high environmental value.
Mr Olivier MARC created his champagne brand in 1956, then his son Didier with his wife Nathalie in 1982. Their two children Jérémy and Emeline have the project to perpetuate the tradition.
In the family tradition, it is important to remain a Récoltant Manipulant because it is a source of pride for us to promote our Champagne brand.
