How to use the application to generate tickets
Each time you board a train, and once every 24 hours for buses and streetcars.
Once your pass has been registered on the application, it will be saved in the "MES PASS" area.
When you open it, you'll find a screen like this one:
Just before you get on the transport,
Press the "Bus-Tram-Train" button, and a screen opens, allowing you to choose the transport you wish to activate.
Use the left/right arrows to select the ticket you wish to activate, then click on "Press here to validate your ticket".
The application tells you that the ticket has been validated, so you can travel with complete peace of mind.
Please note: if you have any doubts about the expiry date of your bus/tram ticket in Reims or Epernay, don't hesitate to repeat the operation, as the application will inform you that the ticket is already active.
Present the QR Code of your pass when it is checked by transport company staff.
